2. VectorDelta - Identifying the Creative Tension B
Based on the same 7 subsystems, we analyze the current state.
- Where is the system already performing well?
- Where are adjustments needed?
The creative tension between vision and reality identifies where change must take root.
3. VectorBlueprint - Deriving the Architecture of Measures
From this tension, we derive the architecture of measures - a holistic plan that accounts for dependencies and priorities. You will know exactly which steps to take and in what order.

Design Criteria - Developing Decision-Making Guardrails
Once your organization's destination is clear (via Vector³), we develop Design Criteria: structural guardrails that serve as objective filters for future decisions. They are refined step by step and prevent arbitrariness, facilitate decision-making, and create the framework for autonomous action.
Puzzle Transformation - The Operating System for Implementation
If you choose to move into implementation after Vector³, we continue with Puzzle Transformation: an adaptive operating system for change that combines central alignment by management with decentralized execution by teams. Regular feedback loops ensure that the system learns continuously.
