Blog on Organizational Design & the Future of Work

Insights for future-fit organizations.

I write about the questions that move organizations: How do we reduce self-created complexity? How do we synchronize strategy, structure, and people? How do we design systems capable of learning?

My goal is to make these complex topics tangible through clear, accessible language that invites further reflection. Grounded in theory, yet free from unnecessary jargon.

The blog is divided into long-form articles (for deep insights) and short-form pulses (for quick thoughts), with a search function for specific topics.

Here you will find articles, essays, and reflections in German, English, and Italian.

A whitepaper is is currently in preparation

and will be published here soon.

It will provide a compact overview of key insights from my consulting practice.

Until its release, you will find regular pulses and deeper insights in my current posts.
