Certifications have never impressed me. Most certifications tell you what someone knows. Few test what someone actually does.
The CODP® is different. One of the few that does. That's why it matters to me.
Three years ago I applied for the Certified Organization Design Professional certification. I had the prerequisites - years of practice, client work, continuous learning. But I wanted an independent panel of experts to validate that. To assess whether my experience actually holds up against a global standard.
It did.
On June 2nd, 2026 I received confirmation of my recertification.
It was not a test. Instead, a comprehensive review of how I have applied my expertise in practice, how I have developed my knowledge, and how I contribute to the field. Reviewed by academics and practitioners from the Organizational Design Community (ODC), the European Organization Design Forum (EODF) and the Organization Design Forum (ODF).
There are fewer than 200 CODP®-certified professionals worldwide.
Organizational Design is a field where almost anyone can claim expertise. The CODP® is one of the few mechanisms that actually tests that claim – independently and globally.
I am proud to be part of this community.
OrgDesign is a discipline whose relevance is growing. The gap between strategy and execution, between structure and behavior, between intent and reality – that's where this work lives.
If organizational challenges are on your agenda - I'd love to connect.
