About me


When organizations don't function as they should, it's rarely due to the people, but mostly due to the design.

Because people adapt to the circumstances they find, not the other way around.


This perspective has accompanied me since my studies in organizational sociology and is now the foundation of my work.


I support companies in translating strategy into impact through organizational architecture and strategic HR management. My focus is on organizational design based on systems theory principles, a deep understanding of human behavior in organizations, and strategic workforce planning.


Before founding my company, I worked for many years in international industrial corporations. There, I gained comprehensive practical experience in all operational, strategic, and executive HR functions. My international work experience through projects in China, Sweden, the UK, and Germany, among other places, was particularly formative.


Since 2019, I have focused entirely on making organizations future-proof, with an approach that understands strategy, organization, and HR as an integrated system.


My approach is based on co-creation. Together with my clients, I develop context-dependent solutions that are both scientifically sound and pragmatically implementable. My clients include regional SMEs, international corporations, and semi-public institutions.


I continuously expand my knowledge, read extensively in specialist literature, and maintain regular contact with leading professors and thought leaders in organizational design, strategy, systems and complexity theory, and HR management. This network and ongoing learning directly inform my work.


As a Certified Organisation Design Professional (CODP®), I am part of a global network of recognized experts in the field of organisational design.
